    This study aims to determine the factors that encourage Employees in Taking Early Retirement Program. In this study the author uses the theory of intuition, theory of dismissal, theory of retirement and theory of early retirement. This research type is descriptive with qualitative approach. Respondents generally are all employees who apply for and passed the early retirement in 2016 at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Witels South of East Java Malang, amounting to eight employees. The instruments used are researchers, observation and interview guides. The analysis used an interactive model analysis. The results showed there were seven factors that encourage employees to take early retirement program. The first factor is a factor because their children are already independent and mature, second factor is a factor because they want to enjoy old age and retirement, the third factor is a factor where their husband / wife of the employees concerned retired in advance and who will soon retire, fourth factor is a factor because of their other works and activities, the fifth factor is fa actor where the employees want to take advantage of opportunities and programs offered by the company, the sixth factor is the health factor, and the seventh factor is a factor where the employees feel that their work performance was declining.

    Organizational culture is a something that must grow if there is intention to establish organizational behavior, individual behavior and organizational image that conforms to the expectation of community as the user of service and product. The research aimed to understand the description of organizational culture established by the corporate leader and the role of leader in establishing organizational culture to achieve the goal of corporate.Method of the research is qualitative. Data are obtained by interview and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation and conclusion remark or verification.Result of research indicates that the role of leader in establishing organizational culture is found in their communication and their stand as role modeling. Communication in corporate is very important part that must be considered by leader.because communication represents a tool for leader to implement organizational culture. As role modeling, corporate leader classified as relatively good person because every employee perceives that leader behavior is a guide that must be followed. It is suggested that employee discipline must be built well and kept persistent through monitoring and sanction if deviance shall occur

    The aim of this study is to determine the influence of work conflict and work Stress variables on employee's performance, both simultaneously and partially. The type of research in this study is Explanatory Research with quantitative approach. The sample studied amounted to 45 employees of PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk branch Soekarno Hatta Malang. Multiple linear regression analysis in Table Coefficients equation Y = 37,030-0,191X1-0,285X2 which means that each additional unit of work conflict will reduce the value of the employee's performance of -0.191, and each additional unit of work stress will reduce the value of the employee's performance of -0.285. Simultaneously, it obtained value of F (10.980)> F table (3.23) with the level of sig t (0.000) <α (0.05), which indicates that work conflict and work stress simultaneously affect the performance of employees. Partially, tcount of work conflic indicates the value of -2.471, and work stress indicates the value of -2.292, which are greater (>) than ttable with a value of -2.021. As well as the significance of work conflict with sig t 0,018 <α 0.05 and the significance of work stress with sig t 0,027 <α 0.05, which indicates that work conflict and Work stress partially give negative influence and significant impact on employee's performance

    This type of research is explanatory research or study to test the hypothesis explanation and quantitative approaches. The number of samples in this study amounted to 77 respondents who are employees of the cash service. The data collection methods is using the questionnaire. The sampling technique used is the sample population / sample saturated. Analysis in this study using the regression analysis techniques. These results indicate that jointly independent variable Occupational Safety and Health significant effect on the dependent variable is the Employee Motivation. Partially Occupational Safety and Health has a significant influence on the working motivation of employees. Meanwhile, descriptive analysis shows that the occupational safety and health are at a strong level, found a strong motivation to work anyway. In the results showed that the variables of Occupational Health to be the dominant influence on Employee Motivation variables, it also proves that the occupational health program planned by PT.     The research entitles "The Influence of Physical and Non Physical Environment to Employees Motivation (Study on the Employee of Atria Hotel & Conference Malang is purposed to explain the effect of the Physical and Non Physical Work Environment variable to Employee Motivation. This research uses explanatory research method, with using questionnaires that has been distributed to employees of Atria Hotel & Conference Malang amounted to 52 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, data was processed using SPSS22 for Windows. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that Physical and Non Physical Work Environment simultaneously affect the Employee Motivation. The result of multiple linear regression analysis also shows that Physical Work Environment partially affects the Employee Motivation and Non Physical Work Environment partially affects the Employee Motivation

    This study aims to identify and explain the significance of the effect of training and ability on job performance. Based on the results of inferential analysis using multiple linear regression analysis that indicates the significance of F is 0.000 <0.050 (alpha) coefficient value of 0.370 obtained for training (X1) on work performance (Y) and the coefficient of 0.280 for the ability (X2) on the performance (Y ). Similarly, the R Square value obtained is equal to 0.399 of the Job Performance (Y).     The research goals were to explain the simultant and partially influence of physical (X1) and non-physical (X2) to work stress (Y). Research type is explanatory research method with quantitative approach. Population are employee of PT PLN (Persero) at Malang Service Area, East Java Distribution with seventy-five employee has picked as research sample. The result are the changes of working stress (Y) variable could be explained by physical (X1) and non-physical (X2) working environment variable as 34,6 percent and the balance about 65,4 percent remainder are affected by different factor that doesn\u27t covered by the research. While evaluating hypothesis, there are significant effect simultaneously and partially from physical and non-physical working environment on employee work stress variable. Working environment variable as partial have negative effect that mean if there is better working environment will reduce employee\u27s work stress. Working environment give sicnificant effect on employee\u27s work stress. This is shown by the regression coefficient physical work environment and non-physical work environment in a sequentially of -0,224 and -0,483 along with significant phisycal working environment value about 0,007 (0,007<0,05) and non-physical working environment about 0,009 (0,009<0,05)
